The speech augmentation will come in very handy here if you need help reading his personality. Go to him, and convince him to hand you the calibrator. When Koller calls you up to meet in Prague, he’ll tell you that he needs a calibrator from a man named Otar. You didn’t think the game would force you to micromanage your augmentations the entire way, did you? Well technically, it could, if you choose to skip some of your side missions, but you can activate all of Jensen’s augmentations without consequences if you complete one of the game’s early side missions.
